Getting approved (KYC)
After you register, upload your business or identity documents. Approval typically takes up to 48 hours; you’ll get your warehouse address once approved.
Your warehouse address
Approved accounts receive a personal Chinese warehouse address (e.g. NMN-0001) to give to suppliers so we can receive and consolidate your samples.
Requests & quotations
Start a request and pick any mix of sourcing, logistics and customs. We return one transparent, itemized quotation for you to approve.
Wallet & payments
Top up your wallet, review your transaction history, and pay for an approved quotation in one tap from your balance.
Shipments & tracking
Once you approve and pay, follow your shipment through each milestone from your dashboard until it reaches your door.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and data at any time from Profile → Delete account, or by emailing us.
